Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We ship FedEx and USPS. You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. USPS Shipping estimates are not yet working on our new site so if you'd perfer to ship with them, let us know in the order comments and we'll let you know the price difference.
Q: How do I let you know whether I want a 2 rail or 3 rail model if item is listed as both?
A: You'll be able to make that selection before adding the model to your cart.
Q: When is my credit card charged?
A: Cards are charged at the time your order is placed.
Q: How do I get tracking information for my purchase?
A: You will receive automatic tracking emails from FedEx or the US Post Office when we ship your item(s).
