We do our best to keep customers happy. If we accidentally ship you the wrong item (it happens), then we will pay to have the item returned and ship you the correct item free of charge.
If an item that is new in the box from the manufacturer is broken or defective, we will provide free shipping of the item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. If we can expedite the repair or replacement of a defective item with repair parts to the customer, or other help, we will be happy to do so.
