PublicDeliveryTrack offers the following Returns Policy:

Returns accepted if merchandise is defective or not as described.  If you receive a defective item, please let us know and we will send you a prepaid  label to return the item.  Returns for any other reason may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, at our discretion.
