Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How do I let you know whether I want a 2 rail or 3 rail model if item is listed as both? A: Please email my shipper, rachfour@yahoo.com and tell her that it's a website purchase and that you want a __ rail model. (We appologize that our website cannot handle this directly!) OR, if you register on our site, put "2 rail" or "3 rail" on the line that says "Company". (If your address includes a company, please put 2 rail or 3 rail in parenthesis after the company's name.)
